Partnerships Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively identify, negotiate, and secure long-term partnerships with business partners.
- Onboard business partners into the ESTO ecosystem.
- Maintain close communication with partners and build strong relationships.
- Proactively manage business partners to ensure continuous cooperation.
- Manage deals on the ESTO Deals website.
- Find ways to optimize, automate, and streamline sales processes.
- Cooperate with other departments on ESTO Deals distribution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the marketing solutions space.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and account management.
- Organized, accountable, and a great communicator.
- Proficient in CRM use (e.g., Pipedrive).
- Fluent in English, with C2-level proficiency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian.
