Customer Support Specialist
Are you a customer oriented Customer support specialist, who finds fast and flexible solutions to problems? Are you ready to guide and support our customers in using ESTO services?
If yes, then we are waiting for you to join our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold + warm leads)
- Reaching the set sales targets
- Customer service via phone, e-mail, chat
- Providing constant feedback and insights about areas of improvement
- Giving input in regards to sales pitches
- Substituting colleagues from the same department during vacations with other line of tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Lithuanian (C2) and proficient in English (B2), both written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of B2C sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent multitasking skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the consumer lending industry is a plus.
