Fraud Manager

We expect you to drive innovative fraud prevention strategies and take ownership of our fraud management systems. You will lead the entire fraud platform, while collaborating with various departments to ensure our services remain secure and trustworthy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive fraud analysis based on historical fraud data.
• Develop and manage fraud rules that define how the automatic fraud system works and what manual checks need to be performed.
• Oversee the data collection engine, which handles gathering info about clients from different sources, including application and KYC data.
• Set up and manage fraud tools.
• Establish manual verification processes that will be used as rules for performing manual verifications.
• Develop the fraud engine which takes input from fraud tools and manual verification.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in fraud detection and prevention (preferably in financial services).
• Hands-on experience with fraud management tools and data analytics platforms.
• Ability to structure your work in detail and run multiple projects in parallel.
• A drive to keep innovating and producing actual results.
• A financial or mathematical background is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
