Group Head of Legal 

ESTO Group is looking for an active, dedicated and experienced Group Head of Legal. ESTO operates across the Baltics and is one of the fastest growing fintech companies in the region, building the largest shopping and payments ecosystem in the Baltics. As a fully licensed financial group, ESTO provides consumer credit and shopping solutions under local and EU financial regulations.

You will lead the group's legal strategy, coordinate legal activities across the group and its product platforms, and manage local in-house counsels in each market. You'll play a key role in shaping the legal and compliance framework of the fastest growing fintech group in the Baltics. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master or equivalent in law
  • Working experience at least 3 years
  • Having native/bilingual proficiency in Estonian
  • Full working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Sufficient awareness of Baltic and European regulatory requirements related to banking and financial services
