Chief Marketing Officer

We’re looking for a strategic marketing leader to scale ESTO across the Baltics. As CMO, you’ll lead a marketing team, driving both user and merchant growth through campaigns, data-driven performance, and standout brand storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and inspire ESTO’s marketing team across three countries to execute high-performance strategies and campaigns.
• Own and drive the entire marketing funnel - from user acquisition and activation to merchant onboarding and retention.
• Scale ESTO Commerce, our newest growth engine, by turning marketing into a direct sales lever for merchants across the Baltics.
• Oversee performance marketing, CRM, and social media - combining data-driven precision with bold storytelling.
• Partner closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to align marketing with business outcomes and long-term strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of senior marketing leadership in fintech, e-commerce, consumer finance, or fast-paced digital environments.
• Experience scaling B2C and B2B campaigns in multiple markets with high ROI.
• Deep understanding of digital performance, CRM automation, and data-driven marketing.
• Proven ability to build brands and teams, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English; Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian is a plus.
