1. B2B Sales and Account Management:
- Engage in active B2B sales activities through cold-calling and attending merchant meetings.
- Manage existing B2B accounts, focusing on upselling services and maintaining relationships.
- Hone your negotiation skills in B2B settings and provide exceptional partner support.
- Explore the intricacies of B2B digital lead generation and learn how it's executed in practice.
2. B2C Sales and Customer Support:
- Drive B2C sales to both warm contacts in the final contract stages and to cold contacts from our existing database.
- Provide top-notch customer support via email, phone, and live chat to help potential clients.
Who you are:
- A student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic about sales, customer interaction, and financial technology solutions.
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset.
