B2B New Sales

As we expand our team, we’re looking for a results-driven B2B new sales agent to win and onboard new merchants and power our next stage of growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proactively reach out, pitch, and demo ESTO solutions, additionally you need to have enough confidence to pitch, negotiate, and win.
- Consistently hit (and smash) monthly and quarterly sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven B2B (or B2C) sales experience with strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, trustful and resilient.
- Excellent communication and sales skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent language skills in Estonian, English. Russian is is an advantage!
- Bonus: knowledge and past experience of online payment solutions and financial services.
