SALES AND OFFLINE PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
ESTO Sales and offline partnerships manager is focused on improving Lithuania’s offline & online performance. The role combines B2B sales and regular visits to merchant POS locations for training, monitoring, and support. This position is key to strengthening the offline channel by managing priority merchants, onboarding new partners, and providing recommendations to optimize the POS network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales (50% of time)
Achieve a minimum of 6 new merchant integrations per month.
Identify and engage B2B partners to grow the offline POS network.
Support onboarding of new merchants and ensure smooth integration with ESTO payment methods.
POS Management & Merchant Visits (50% of time)
Conduct regular visits to merchant POS locations to monitor performance and provide training.
Prioritize visits to key merchants (currently 10 merchants with 63 POS), ensuring each POS is visited at least once every 2 months.
For newly integrated merchants, provide training and materials.
Review offline traffic quarterly and provide recommendations to the COO on adding new merchants or removing non-performing ones.
For existing non-priority merchants, send updated materials and train new cashiers via video calls.
Analysis & Strategy
Monitor POS performance and provide data-driven insights to improve the offline channel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; able to train and explain processes clearly to merchant staff. Native Lithuanian required.
Interpersonal Skills: Confident and professional when interacting with merchants and POS staff.
Organizational Skills: Able to plan and manage regular visits to multiple merchant locations efficiently.
Analytical Skills: Basic ability to monitor performance, identify issues, and make simple improvement suggestions.
Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly to merchant POS locations across Lithuania.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems for reporting and tracking visits.
Proactive Attitude: Able to take initiative in supporting merchants and escalating issues when necessary.
Driving license: Company car is provided.
