B2C Sales Specialist
As a B2C Sales Specialist at ESTO, your main responsibility will be to advise customers on ESTO's loan products, communicate with clients remotely via phone and email, and ensure the successful sale of the offered services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively contacting existing customers
Presenting products, offering tailored solutions, and closing sales
Attracting new customers and building long-term relationships
Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
Achieving targets and continuously improving results
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in active B2C sales; experience in the financial sector will be considered a strong advantage
A goal-driven and proactive approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
High level of organization, structured thinking, and attention to detail
Confidence in communicating with customers
Excellent communication skills in Latvian
Compensation for this position includes a €1,300 gross base salary plus bonuses.
